    I filled out the original email request for who is open a few weeks ago,and I did it again as requested today and you have listed the wrong office as being open. Please change the address from my Mississauga clinic to my Hamilton location. Both locations are open for urgent care but my main address is :

    849 Upper Wentworth St, Suite 209, Hamilton, L9A5H4. Phone number is 905-389-9711. Website is " hamiltonfootcare.ca ". Please rectify

    No Changes made yet to my address from my previous post and the contact phone number for OPMA on this website comes back as " I'm sorry , the number you have called is not set up for voice mail yet ".
